SerVortex LLC is a Delaware-registered, 360° technology partner. We design, build, and run the systems a business depends on: AI and automation, custom web, desktop, and mobile software, e-commerce, cloud infrastructure, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and IT consulting. We also handle the growth side: digital marketing, CRM integration, and 24/7 customer support. Clients can engage us for a single service or bring everything under one accountable team, so strategy, engineering, marketing, and support stay connected instead of being split across several vendors.
We work with startups launching a first product, growing businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools, and enterprises modernizing systems they can't afford to switch off. Our portfolio spans telecom and Lifeline programs, GPS and fleet tracking, e-commerce, healthcare, insurance, logistics, legal services, and home and building maintenance. What our clients have in common matters more than their industry: they want technology tied to a clear business outcome, and they want one partner who stays accountable after launch.
Most vendors cover one slice of the work: a design agency builds the website, a developer builds the app, another firm runs ads, and someone else answers support tickets. We cover the full cycle under one roof, so the people who build your systems also understand how they're marketed and supported. We also start with business outcomes rather than technology choices, deliver in phases so daily operations keep running, and stay on as a long-term operational partner instead of handing over code and disappearing.
SerVortex LLC is registered in Delaware and serves clients across North America and internationally. Our delivery model is remote-first, with structured communication built in: a named point of contact, scheduled progress reviews, shared project boards, and written status updates. For US-focused programs such as Lifeline telecom or GPS sales, we provide US-hours customer support and sales coverage. For international clients, we agree on overlapping working hours and communication channels during the Discover stage so time zones never slow decisions down.
Start by telling us about your business and what you want to improve, either through the project scope builder on our Contact page or by booking a consultation. We'll follow up to schedule a discovery call, usually 30 to 60 minutes, where we learn about your goals, current systems, and constraints. From there we prepare a written recommendation with scope, approach, phases, and an estimate. There's no obligation at this stage; the goal is to give you a clear picture of what's possible before you commit.
Pricing depends on scope, so we quote after discovery rather than from a fixed price list. Most engagements follow one of three models: a fixed-scope project for clearly defined builds such as an MVP or a website; a dedicated team billed monthly for ongoing product development; or a managed services retainer for cloud, security, marketing, or 24/7 support. Projects range from small, focused engagements to multi-phase enterprise programs. Every proposal itemizes what's included so you can adjust scope to fit your budget.
You don't need a formal specification. It helps to have a short description of the problem you want to solve, the tools and systems you currently use, who your customers or users are, and any deadlines or budget range you're working within. If you have examples of products you like, existing documents, or reports that show where time or money is being lost, bring those too. We'll ask the remaining questions during discovery and turn your answers into a structured plan.
Yes, and we often recommend it. A focused first engagement, such as an AI strategy session, a single workflow automation, a security assessment, or an MVP, lets you see how we work and proves value quickly. We design these starting projects so nothing has to be rebuilt later: the architecture, integrations, and data structures are planned with your next stage in mind. Many long-term client partnerships began with one well-defined problem that we solved first.
Every project moves through eight stages: Discover, Plan, Design, Build, Integrate, Test, Launch, and Support. Discovery and planning define the business goals, scope, and phases. Design shapes the user experience and architecture. Build and Integrate happen in short sprints with regular demos, connecting your new system to the tools you already use. Testing covers functionality, performance, and security before a controlled launch. After launch, we monitor, support, and keep improving the system. The depth of each stage scales with the size of the project.
Timelines depend on scope. Focused projects such as a website, a single automation, or a dashboard often take a few weeks. MVPs and custom applications usually take a few months, delivered in sprints so you see working software early. Enterprise modernization and multi-system programs run in phases over a longer period, with each phase delivering usable results. We give you a phased timeline after discovery and share progress at every sprint review, so there are no surprises about where things stand.
You'll have a named project lead as your main point of contact, plus access to a shared project board showing tasks, progress, and upcoming milestones. We hold regular check-ins, typically weekly, and sprint demos where you see and test working features. Written status updates summarize progress, decisions needed, and any risks. When something needs your input, such as a design choice or an approval, we flag it clearly so decisions are made quickly and the project keeps moving.
Requirements often change as you see the product take shape, and our process is built for it. Because we work in short sprints, new priorities can be added to upcoming sprints without disrupting completed work. For fixed-scope projects, we assess each change for its impact on timeline and cost and confirm it with you in writing before proceeding. For dedicated-team engagements, you simply reprioritize the backlog. Either way, you always know what a change means before it's made.
Start with a business problem, not a technology. The best first AI projects target repetitive, high-volume work where mistakes or delays are costly: processing invoices, answering common customer questions, routing emails, or producing weekly reports. In an AI strategy session, we review your workflows, identify the opportunities with the clearest return, and check whether your data is ready. You leave with a prioritized shortlist and a practical first step, rather than a large, uncertain AI program.
Our goal is to take repetitive, low-value tasks off your team's plate so people can focus on work that needs judgment, relationships, and expertise. AI handles the volume, such as reading documents, drafting replies, and updating records, while your team reviews exceptions and makes decisions. We design every automation with human-in-the-loop checkpoints for anything sensitive, such as payments, refunds, or customer escalations. Most clients use automation to absorb growth without adding headcount, rather than to reduce their teams.
We build guardrails into every AI system. Assistants are grounded in your approved content, such as policies, product information, and help articles, so answers come from your sources rather than guesswork. We define allowed topics, set confidence thresholds, and route uncertain or sensitive requests to a human. Before launch, we test against realistic questions and edge cases; after launch, we monitor answer quality and refine regularly. You can review conversations, adjust rules, and require human approval for actions like refunds.
Common candidates include invoice and document processing, approval workflows, customer support replies, email triage, CRM updates, order and inventory syncing, appointment booking, lead qualification, and recurring reports. A good rule of thumb: if a task is repetitive, follows recognizable patterns, and involves moving information between systems, it can likely be automated in part or in full. We map your current process first, automate the steps that are safe to automate, and keep people involved where judgment is needed.
Yes. Most of our projects connect new capabilities to existing tools rather than replacing them. We integrate with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho; accounting and ERP systems; e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce; helpdesks; spreadsheets; and legacy software through APIs, database connections, or secure file exchanges. During discovery we map how your systems connect today and design integrations that keep data consistent across them, so your team doesn't have to re-enter information.
It depends on how and where your users work. Web applications are easiest to roll out and update and suit most business tools and customer portals. Desktop software suits heavy workloads, offline use, or deep integration with local hardware. Mobile apps suit field teams, customers on the go, and features like notifications, GPS, or the camera. Many products combine them: for example, a web admin portal with iOS and Android apps for drivers. We recommend a platform mix based on your users and budget.
For custom development, ownership of the code and deliverables we create for you is set out in the project agreement, and in standard engagements it transfers to you once the project is paid for. We document the architecture, provide access to code repositories, and hand over credentials for the infrastructure we set up in your accounts. Third-party tools, open-source libraries, and licensed platforms remain under their own licenses, and we list them clearly so you know exactly what you're using.
Yes. Phased, zero-disruption delivery is central to how we modernize. We start by assessing what the legacy system does, which parts are critical, and where the risks are. Then we replace or wrap it in stages, often running old and new components side by side, migrating data incrementally, and moving users over one function at a time. Each phase has a rollback plan. Your daily operations keep running throughout, and every phase delivers improvements you can use right away.
Security is built into every stage rather than added at the end. We apply role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and the principle of least privilege. Code is reviewed and tested for common vulnerabilities before release, and infrastructure is configured with logging and monitoring. For regulated industries, we design systems built to support requirements such as HIPAA. We also offer vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, and incident response planning as standalone services.
We only access the data needed for the work, through accounts with limited permissions, and we sign confidentiality agreements when requested. Production data stays in your environment wherever possible, and we use anonymized or sample data for development and testing. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backups are scheduled and verified, and access is revoked when an engagement ends. For AI projects, we configure services so your data isn't used to train third-party models without your approval.
Launch is the start of the partnership, not the end. After go-live, we provide a stabilization period to resolve any issues quickly. From there, you can choose ongoing support that covers monitoring, maintenance, security updates, backups, performance tuning, and continued feature development. For customer-facing operations, we also offer 24/7 customer support and help desk services. Support terms, including response times and coverage hours, are agreed in writing so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes. Our 360° operations services include 24/7 customer support across phone, email, and chat, combining trained agents with AI assistants that handle routine questions instantly and escalate complex issues to people. We learn your products, policies, and tone, connect to your CRM and helpdesk so every interaction is recorded, and report regularly on volumes, response times, and customer satisfaction. This model supports programs like US Lifeline telecom enrollment and GPS tracking sales and service.
